- From Nicosia: Solomos Square interchange, bay 4. From Larnaca: Finikoudes seafront and the Old Hospital stop. Both ends are well sign-posted in English and Greek.
What the ride is actually like
The A2 motorway between Nicosia and Larnaca is the smoothest stretch of road on the island. The 402 keeps to it the whole way, with one mid-route pickup at Aradippou and a final descent through the salt-flat plain into Larnaca.

Quietest mid-morning.
The 10:30 and 11:30 are mostly empty, students and commuters take the early runs. Pick those for a guaranteed window seat.

Watch for the Aradippou stop.
Roughly forty minutes in, the coach pulls off the motorway to pick up at Aradippou interchange. Don't get off here unless you mean to, it's a five-minute detour, not the terminus.

USB power on newer coaches.
About half the 402 fleet has been refreshed since 2024 and now carries USB-A sockets between seats. The older Setras don't, so charge before boarding if it matters.

Skip rush hour outbound.
Friday 16:30 from Nicosia fills first. If you can take the 15:30 instead, you'll get a seat and avoid the motorway crawl at Pyla.
