What the ride is actually like

Leaves LCA, joins the A1, and runs non-stop to Limassol's eastern outskirts before the St Nicolas drop. Off-peak the trip is 60 minutes; in Friday rush hour it stretches to 90.

    Drop is east, not central.

    St Nicolas is at the eastern end of Limassol's seafront, fine for hotels along Amathounta, less convenient for the Old Town or Marina. Budget €8–€12 for an onward taxi if you're staying west.

    Twenty-four hours.

    Even 02:00 has a service. Useful for late London or Moscow arrivals; the coach is rarely full at those hours.

    Wi-Fi onboard.

    Functional Wi-Fi covers the whole journey, enough to message your hotel about late check-in.
