Who they are.
OSEL. Organismos Synergatikon Metaforon Lefkosias, is the largest urban operator in Cyprus and the backbone of Nicosia's public transport. Blue and white livery, dense network across the greater Nicosia region, and free WiFi on newer vehicles. The city's night owl lines (until 00:30 on weekends) are also theirs, though frequency drops to every 30 minutes after 22:00.
